Emelie is passionate about value innovation through integrating digital with tailor-made talent solutions.
Before joining ecap, Emelie spent her early career working in e-commerce as a Community Manager, ensuring operational efficiency, and in the financial sector in a client-facing role supporting corporates and high net worth individuals.
Emelie has an impressive academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Linköping University in Sweden, followed by a Master’s in Business Management undertaken at the top-tier Autonomous University in Spain. She has lived and worked in Sweden, Norway, Spain, and Dubai, and as a travel enthusiast also visited over 40 countries around the world.
