A seasoned people leader, Saurabh has strong credentials in leadership search, & talent acquisition, in both agency and in-house environments across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Saurabh’s early career in leadership advisory was shaped with a top tier, publicly listed, global executive search and leadership consulting business where he was part of the leadership team of their global research center. Saurabh moved to the UAE in 2013 and as a generalist, leadership search consultant in the region, his body of work includes building out the regional leadership team for a global, market leading US based online gaming business, NED positions for portfolio companies of a SWF, multiple C -suite hires at a large government backed hospitality business in the UAE and assisting an Emirate’s ruling family’s strategy office with global searches to build out their urban planning and development teams.

More recently, Saurabh led the regional talent attraction team for a Fortune 100, Swiss F&B giant across their Asia, Oceania, Africa and Middle East business. As part of a global HR transformation program, Saurabh’s mandate was to steer and turnaround the organization’s fledging in-house talent advisory capability and drive Talent Acquisition excellence by advising the ‘in- market’ HRLT’s on all aspects of the Talent acquisition value chain. With a dotted line to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Saurabh shaped the central talent advisory capability for the business solving talent attraction problems, driving technology adoption and successful execution of global TA initiatives. In this role, he with his geographically dispersed team brought actionable talent insights back into focus, enabling difficult people planning and hiring conversations, designed and executed regional talent attraction campaigns, institutionalised a framework for managing diverse, talent pipelines for senior hires and managed the most ‘difficult to fill’ roles across levels, job functions and families across the region.

Educated in hospitality management, Saurabh enjoys being a life coach and indulges in traveling and exploring extensively, often on his motorcycles. Saurabh is married with 1 daughter.
