Talal is a Co-Founder and Non-Executive director at ecap.
Talal studied in the US and trained as a pilot before joining the Civil Aviation Authority as an Inspector. In his current role Talal is responsible for all VIP and government aircrafts and has oversight of air shows that operate domestically and maintains governance oversight for all UAE carriers that fly outside the UAE.
As a prominent Emirati entrepreneur, board member, investor and advisor, Talal acknowledged a need for local and regional institutions to have access to data driven metrics to help drive critical decision making.
Utilising his 20+ years aviation experience, Talal spends many hours training and assessing the new generation of pilots. His passion for assessment, nationalisation and professional development was a core factor in his involvement in co-founding ecap.
