Dan is a graduate of the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management. He demonstrated leadership in the university through key organisational and volunteer roles, building a strong foundation in people management and collaboration. With experience supporting international recruitment and executive search engagements across Asia, Oceania, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, Dan has developed a strong understanding of global talent markets and executive hiring. As an Analyst at ECAP, he provides research and talent insights that help clients identify and secure strong leadership talent, supporting better hiring decisions and long-term success.
