In her most recent corporate roles in the UAE, she successfully spearheaded Performance and Reward initiatives globally for prestigious multinationals Majid Al Futtaim and Mubadala.

Since 2013, Sandrine has been providing exceptional C&B consulting and Board advisory services across the GCC, Asia, and Africa. As a passionate educator, Sandrine is committed to sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience.
