Georgie Whitford

Head of Operations

Georgie joined ecap in 2021 and now serves as Head of Operations, where she leads the business operations and client administration functions across the organisation. She plays a central role in enabling operational cohesion across all five of ecap’s business lines, ensuring the delivery of a consistent, high-quality experience for clients and candidates.

With a strong belief in building internal systems that empower people to thrive, Georgie oversees workforce planning, organisational design, and strategic operations that support ecap’s growth across sectors including technology, healthcare, aviation, and capital markets.

In addition to her operational remit, Georgie provides dedicated executive support to three of ecap’s founding Senior Managing Partners, managing their day-to-day priorities and enabling their strategic focus.

With a career spanning the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Australasia, Georgie brings deep experience in operations, senior-level administration, and client relationship management. She has supported board-level activity and C-suite appointments for both listed corporations and scaling SMEs, with a focus on developing efficient, people-centric systems.

Prior to joining ecap, Georgie worked closely with the board of an international digital currency enterprise, helping to shape and deliver a four-year expansion programme that launched the business into four new markets across the US and EMEA regions.
