Prior to joining ecap, Kevin has worked in the fields of Online Research and Background Screening with clients across the US. A major part of his career so far has been focused on verifying the authenticity of the information provided by applicants during their application process, the information is then used to generate reports to help hiring managers make an informed hiring decision.

His most recent role gave him the opportunity to manage a small team of researchers focused on conducting research on Law Firms and Lawyers based in the US.

As a Talent Research Associate, he will partner with ecap Principals, Clients engagement and SME/ Practice Leads and provide in-depth, best in class and time critical research support to help execute global and regional search engagements, leadership assessment and human capital related projects.

Kevin is passionate about technology and enjoys keeping up with the latest breakthroughs in the field of IT.
