Reem is a Senior Client Partner at ecap. She is responsible for scoping and capturing talent pools across multiple industries and functional disciplines. Reem has over 14 years of industry experience in executive search and recruitment with a strong track record in sourcing and placing high caliber Middle Eastern nationals into C-suite and senior leadership positions, as well as understanding the Middle East local content. Prior to joining ecap, she handled multiple executive search assignments for key business functions for international and regional corporations in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.
As well as numerous assignments focusing on Nationalization wherein she worked with prestigious government, semi-government entities, and Private companies and built her national network.
Reem is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation ICF and a certified Career Advisor from the International Association of Career Advisors (IACA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan.
She is particularly passionate about psychology and cross- cultural coaching. She has a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern business landscape, particularly in the UAE & KSA.
She has been in UAE since 2009, and she considers it her home. She speaks both Arabic and English.
