CHIEF OF STAFF
Kelly lived and worked in the Middle East for over 7 years, before relocating back to London with her family. She is currently working directly with the founders, in the capacity of Executive Assistant, and also providing holistic support across the business operations.
She brings a wealth of experience in Executive Search working with the team on a variety of strategic assignments with cross-industry customers and candidates. Prior to joining the team at ecap, Kelly led her own business based in Ibiza, Spain, providing administrative support and remote resources to a number of start-ups and international organisations.
Kelly has worked extensively on supporting programs of work and projects relative to sensitive, senior and confidential executive appointments. This experience has provided her with the insight and awareness of how to navigate regional nuances and ensure that ecap clients are supported diligently throughout an engagement lifecycle.
