Damian has over 20 years of search and delivery experience, most recently having founded and grown a specialist search boutique firm in the UK focused on delivering senior talent delivery strategies for the Technology, Digital Transformation and Finance sectors across Europe. From prior regional leadership roles with one of North America’s largest talent and recruitment services business specialising in Finance and Technology appointments, to recent search success with his own firm, Damian’s appointment further strengthens the ecap reputation as a cross-country, multi sector specialist.

Having led search mandates for both start up firms through to multinational corporates, Damian has represented some of the most exciting and disruptive brands in the region. He has proven experience of structuring executive search mandates in the fields of private equity investments, technology consulting, software vendor, automotive, specialist manufacturing, multi-site/online retail and financial service industries.

Damian joins ecap as Managing Partner for UK & Europe to drive the delivery of ecap’s multi-faceted search capabilities within the Technology and Digital Transformation sectors in the UK and Europe.

Damian lives in the UK and is married with 2 children and is a keen road cyclist.
