Laurence has over ten years of experience in recruitment. He began his career in London, working with a leading agency in the Engineering space. He focused on senior-level appointments within the Residential Development sector covering London and the home counties.

In 2015, Laurence relocated to Dubai, continuing to work in the Construction sector with a specific focus on the Qatar market. After two successful years, he was headhunted by an established and reputable recruitment agency based in the UAE. Laurence was hired to manage the Engineering vertical, working with local and international consultancies, covering corporate disciplines such as HR, Finance, Procurement and Legal.

Following six successful years in the Construction market, Laurence was approached by Ecap Digital to help establish the Corporate Services desk. Building on his most recent experience across the middle and back-office functions, he focuses on all non-tech recruitment across the business.

Laurence is a keen sportsman, with football as his biggest passion, and is an avid supporter of his beloved Arsenal Football Club.
