and leadership development firm, ecap, to drive the delivery of ecap’s multifaceted leadership
and board search capabilities in the UK and Europe.

This is a continuation of the ecap global expansion plans following significant organic and
acquisitive growth in the Middle East and Asia.

Aaron has considerable experience in pre- and post-transaction scenarios and has worked with
CEOs, Chairs, and Private Equity backers of regional and international businesses, ranging
from pre-profit SMEs to sizable international groups.

Prior to joining ecap, Aaron was the founder of an Executive Search firm specialising in C-Suite,
Non-Executive Director and Chair mandates within Private Equity backed businesses in the
United Kingdom. He has also been the Managing Director of a multi-office Financial recruitment
business aimed at PLCs and larger privately owned companies.

With 20+ years’ experience, Aaron brings an extensive background in executive search and a
proven track record of successfully delivering on numerous assignments in both retained search
and project frameworks. Combined with ecap’s leadership assessment, professional
development, board composition, and human capital advisory services, Aaron will offer
considerable and varied strategic value to private equity-backed businesses.
