technology and transformation leaders to drive the delivery of ecap’s multifaceted search
capabilities in the West.

Damian will work with businesses and their people to curate a personable, human-centric but
highly digitised experience, leveraging his extensive expertise with ecap’s latest market analysis
and talent assessment programs which are designed in-house and tailored for clients all over
the world.

Damian has over 20 years of search and delivery experience, most recently having founded and
grown a specialist search boutique firm in the UK, which focused on delivering senior talent
delivery strategies for the Technology, Digital Transformation and Finance sectors across
Europe.

Damian is experienced in structuring executive search mandates in the fields of private equity
investments, technology consulting, software vendor, automotive, specialist manufacturing,
multi-site/online retail and financial service industries.

In previous regional leadership roles with one of North America’s largest talent and recruitment
services business which specialised in Finance and Technology appointments, Damian has led
search mandates for both start-up firms through to multi-national corporations and has
represented some of the most exciting and disruptive brands in the region.
